These terms are an agreement between you and Amicorrect (“we,” “us”), operated from Saskatchewan, Canada. By creating an account or using Amicorrect, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
Amicorrect audits how you use the AI tools you already have. You submit a prompt or piece of business writing; Amicorrect scores it, shows you where it’s weak, and corrects it (Fix). Depending on your plan, corrected work can be saved to a personal Vault as a reusable asset (Build), and saved assets can be rechecked when the underlying AI changes (Evolve).
You need a valid email address to use the free tier past your second prompt and to hold a paid subscription. You’re responsible for activity under your account. One person per account; one free allowance per email.
The free tier is three total prompts per email — a lifetime cap, with no resets. Usage limits are enforced on our servers, and we use abuse-prevention measures (including rate limiting based on hashed IP addresses) to keep the free tier fair. Attempting to evade usage limits — for example with disposable emails or automated traffic — may result in suspension.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe: Anchor at $7/month (200 audits a month, nothing saved), Engine at $19/month (500 audits a month, plus assets that survive between sessions in your Vault, and up to 30 Build outputs a month), and Edge at $49/month (assets watched continuously and flagged when they start leaking). Annual billing is 20% off the monthly rate. Monthly usage allowances don’t roll over.
We may change prices or plan limits going forward; changes never apply retroactively to a billing period you’ve already paid for, and we’ll notify you by email before a price change affects your subscription.
Cancel anytime — there’s no lock-in and no cancellation fee. Your subscription stays active through the end of your current billing period, then won’t renew; we don’t offer refunds for unused days. Full details are in our Cancellation Policy.
You own the text you submit and the corrected results. You give us only the limited rights needed to operate the service — to process your text through our AI provider to generate your correction, and to store your saved assets in your Vault.
Your prompts are never used to train public AI models and are never sold or shared with third parties.
Corrections and scores are generated by an AI model (Gemini Flash Lite). They are suggestions to improve your writing, not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice, and we don’t guarantee any particular business outcome from using a corrected prompt. Review anything important before you send it — it goes out under your name, not ours.
Don’t use Amicorrect to process content that is unlawful, that infringes someone else’s rights, or that you don’t have permission to submit. Don’t probe, overload, resell, or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms and revoke access immediately in cases of fraud or abuse.
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer protection law gives you and that cannot be waived.
How we collect and handle personal information is covered by our Privacy Policy, which is governed by PIPEDA.
These terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
If we make a material change to these terms, we’ll notify you by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
